Who may register to the race of 10km?
The 10 km is open to all, licensed or not, to the condition to be born in 2000 or before. At the time of the registration or collection of race numbers for those who have registered on line, athletes will have to present either their sports license, meaning attestation of remittance of a medical certificate, or a medical certificate of nocontraindications for participation in running competition
Who may register to the race of Half-marathon?
The half-marathon is open to all, licensed or not, to the condition to be born in 1998 or before. At the time of the registration or collection of race numbers for those who have registered on line, athletes will have to present either their sports license, meaning attestation of remittance of a medical certificate, or a medical certificate of nocontraindications for participation in running competition
Which licenses are accepted?
Only the following licenses valid on the day of the race will be accepted: FFA, FF Triathlon, FFA Affinitaire mention athlétisme, FSCF, FSGT, UFOLEP Athlétisme, UNSS et UGSEL. Competition license issued by a foreign sports federation will consequently not be accepted.

Is a medical certificate required?
A medical certificate is mandatory for all athletes not holding a license approved by the organizers. This will be the case for all foreigners not affiliated to a French athletics club.
A copy of the medical certificate will be accepted. The medical certificate is delivered by your doctor.
The medical certificate dated from less than one year prior to the race must include the words « absence of contraindications for participation to athletics in competition or in running competitions ».
French applicable law is very strict and as organizers, we engage our responsibility in case of absence of medical certificate or any other wording and we will be forced to refuse you the right to participate in the race. If you did a long route to participate in our race, it would be a pity to turn back.
I have registered on line. When do I need my medical certificate or should I present my license?
You will have to supply your medical certificate or present your license at the the time of your registration on line .At the time of collection of race numbers at the Palais des Sports” Paul Olombel”, you will have to submit a proof of identity.
Where is located the Palais des Sports “ Paul Olombel”?

Where takes place the start of the race and at what time?
Attention one start. The start of both the 10 km and the half-marathon will be given at the Tennis roundabout located between the avenue du Général De Gaulle and Place de l’Hermitage.
Where is the finish line of the race?
The arrival of the race will take place in the athletics stadium “ Ferdi Petit”
What is the timing system?
All athletes participating to the races will receive , together with their bib, an envelope containing an electronic chip and a collar , which should be used to attach the chip to your shoes. The chip will be initialized automatically when you cross the starting line .
When does the clock start?
For the second time in 2016, an electronic carpet will be placed at the starting line. Your time will consequently be initialized when you cross the starting line and not at the order of the starter
Is there a preferential start area ?
Yes. To benefit from the preferential start area, male athletes will need to proof finish times below 34 minutes ( 10 km ) or 1 hour 10 minutes ( half-marathon) and female athletes will need to proof finish times below 36 minutes ( 10 km ) or 1 hour 20 minutes ( half-marathon)
My plans have changed. Can I get a refund ?
No. No reimbursement will be allowed in case of no-show.
I am registred for one race and want to participate to the other race. Is it possible?
Yes, you will be asked to complete a new registration form and you will have either to pay the complement ( if you want to race the half-marathon) or the possibility to be refunded the difference ( if you want to participate to the 10 km).
Can a friend/family remove my bib?
Yes, we will ask him for a copy of his identity card or of yours
Until when is it possible to register on line?
On line registrations will be closed on Tuesday August 2nd 2016, midnight
Are there changing rooms?
Changing rooms, showers and toilets are available inside the sports center “ Ferdi Petit “ and the Palais des Sports “ Paul Olombel”. Probably not sufficient for more than 2.000 athletes. So, be patient and thank you to leave the places as clean as possible.
What will I find at the refreshment posts?
You will find water, dried fruit, fresh fruit and sugar

Who will be called up on stage to receive a cup?
Only the following runners will be called up on stage to receive a cup:
- the 5 first scratch Men of the 10 K and the half-marathon
- the 4 first scratch Women of the 10 K and the half marathon
- only the first man and first woman of the categories Ju,Es,M1,M2,M3+
There will therefore be no cups for the regional ranking
